Delivery is completely free on every order to the United Kingdom, and every parcel is insured — no minimum spend, no hidden charges at checkout. We currently ship throughout the United Kingdom.

How long it takes

Orders are processed and dispatched within 24 hours, Monday to Saturday. Delivery then takes 6–10 working days after dispatch.

Daily cut-off

Our daily cut-off is 15:00 UK local time, Monday to Saturday. Orders placed after the cut-off, or on Sunday, begin processing on the next working day.

Tracking your parcel

As soon as your order is dispatched, a confirmation email with tracking details will land in your inbox so you can follow its journey home. Most deliveries arrive comfortably within the window above, though occasional delays can happen during busy seasons or because of weather or logistical hiccups. If anything affects your delivery, we will keep you informed so you are never left wondering.
